While I don't believe that the MSM & DNC conspire to get a coordinated message out, there is no doubt that they both share the same leftist ideology. And they both have little moral or ethical concerns when it comes to their burning desire to bring down Bush & those in his Admin by any means necessary.

I agree that talk radio & the internet has been a godsend to conservatives far & wide. Those who actively seek out alternate media now have access to reality based news. They can see first hand how thoroughly reckless the MSM is with the truth on so many issues. As you noted though, their reach is still quite limited.

I would add two caveats to your mention of poll numbers for Bush. Keep in mind that they consistently have been as completely distorted as the MSM's "news" & continue to be. Combine that with the relentless litany of lies, slanders, smears & treachery from the MSM & DNC, there is little doubt that they have helped drive down those already bogus poll numbers.

Then factor in the herd effect - once they got pretend poll numbers in the low 40's, it became easier to get folks to say they disliked Bush because of the natural tendency of people to follow the herd so they follow the perceived change (fabricated by the MSM) in direction of the herd.
