I know how to stop illegal immigration. If you made it criminal to hire illegals and really started busting bosses, wealthy homemakers and business leaders then that might make a difference. Then have Nazi-style purges of Mexican-American neighborhoods and go door to door demanding "your papers please". Arrest them all. But jails you be so over-crowded we'd have to erect huge concentration camps for all the prisoners. Then we'd have to hire about 300,000 new cops, guards, judges, lawyers and border patrolemen. Then all kinds of things we pay very little for would zoom up in price, especially food and construction. Plus real crime would surge as the cops would be too busy busting aliens. Then we could deport them all, millions of them, costing us a lot of money, but many would sneak right back. Unless you started shooting them at the border then they might stay away. And what about those with legal families here? Do we break up families? Mucho grande problemo, amigo.
