Yes I strongly believe China should move out of Tibet but ultimately each of us is responsible for his own actions, and in a democracy, the acts of his government. As much as they now have in the UNSC? or as much as they now have in the UN General Assembly? So are we in agreement on the need for an impartial global governing body? If you believe in this, then the details can be hammered out and changed over time. As for my personal opinion, there would be no veto power for anyone. The stronger countries would still get a lot of perks the way the rich get to have better lawyers and representation. But they'd have to pay for it. I would move the UN out of its 18th century aristocratic structure...as a starter, I'd be willing to accept some form of representation based on GDP rather than nuclear warheads.
