All the laws that are needed are already in place, [Simpson-Mazzoli Act: Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986] they just need to be enforced.

At the very least we should look at why that was never enforced to inform our next steps. Otherwise we get Immigration Reform and Control Acts every twenty years, which makes no sense to me.
