It promised, "Victory will be achieved when uncertainties in climate science become part of the conventional wisdom" for "average citizens" and "the media." So Exxon's plan is that Victory will be achieved when the truth the whole truth and noting but the truth in Climate science become part of the conventional wisdom. Clearly Wharf Rating hatred needs to be directed as honesty is the enemy of Global Warming religion true believers.
