You're arguments are tottally flawed bub. But that's no surprised. You say that the Chimperor was right in invading Iraq because Saddam was in violation of some UN resolutions, yet dismiss the need for a UNSC vote allowing the invasion. The UN Secretary Kofi Anan publicly stated a vote was needed. Why would Blare and his Chimp go to the UNSC otherwise? Clearly if the UN didn't sanction the invasion, then it didn't view those violations you so sanctimoniously quote as important enough to warrant an invasion, regime change and occupation.

Here are some recent UN Resolution violations by Isreal:

1073 (1996) Israel
"Calls on the safety and security of Palestinian civilians to be ensured."

1322 (2000) Israel
Calls upon Israel to scrupulously abide by the Fourth Geneva Convention regarding the responsibilities of occupying power.

1402 (2002) Israel
Calls for Israel to withdraw from Palestinian cities.

1403 (2002) Israel
Demands that Israel go through with "the implementation of its resolution 1402, without delay."

1405 (2002) Israel
Calls for UN inspectors to investigate civilian deaths during an Israeli assault on the Jenin refugee camp.

1435 (2002) Israel
Calls on Israel to withdraw to positions of September 2000 and end its military activities in and around Ramallah, including the destruction of security and civilian infrastructure.

You should be calling for regime change in Isreal

Since 1946, there have been over 1500 UN resolutions and equal number of violations. Geeze Louis, the US would be a world occupier if it chased after every resolution.

The issue at hand is whether Saddam posed a CREDIBLE grave and immediate threat to the USA. No such thing existed. Jrs policy of pre-emptive attacks is illegal under international law. But, what does a Cowboy lose cannon like the Chimperor care about due process. Through his treatment of "enemy combatants", to political enemies, to the press, to visible minorities time and time again he's demonstrated a clear disregard to due process and the law. He's a criminal, plain and simple.
