Bushies have been in charge for 5 years. So immigration is not a non-partisan issue. It's the responsibility of those who have leet it get out of control over the past five years, especially after 9-11. This is a ridiculous statement. You need to stop using statements that suggest 'one size fits all". Illegal immigration has been an ongoing problem at least for the past 20 years. Both parties have been reluctant to do anything for different reasons. To suggest one party is more at fault than the other party is simply stirring up the pot for partisan gain.
