Hameid was wanted for orchestrating such atrocities as the July 2002 attack at the Hebrew University café on Mount Scopus killing 9 students, and the double suicide attacks which left 16 dead Hillel café, Jerusalem, and Tserifin outside Tel Aviv in September, 2003.

Hamas and Jiahists ruined the Clinton peace accord in 2001-2002 with their terrible "Inti fata" (however you spell it), that long awful series of severe bombings inside Israel including bombing weddings, civilians gatherings, etc. Clinton really fought hard for that and they spat in his face. Until Palestinians reject the madmen who perpetrated those kind of bombings they deserve to be distrusted and punished. If you have friends in that world, urge them to renounce terrorism and kick out the leaders who endorse it. If they do they, they will win peace. Until they do, they will be treated like dogs who may not have recovered from rabies.
