I can't answer about bullets. I don't have any information about our stockpiles. Those stockpiles might have been drawn down, but then even millions of 5.56mm and 7.62 mm rounds aren't very expensive compared to the total cost of the war. I doubt we had to turn to Israel to replace them, but its quite possible an Israeli company got the contract to make the bullets.

Cruise missiles and smart bombs were depleted but the stockpiles have been built back up. Also most guided bombs really aren't all that expensive in terms of military ordinance. Cruise missiles are expensive but we aren't using them at a rapid rate anymore and probably have not been since the early stages of the war.
