Yes, Darwin left more room for 'god' or intelligence than most realize. My point is simply that most (even scientists) project a 'reason' for evolution albeit many think 'random'.

I don't know if you need to define anything... but it does happen... as to the question of 'meaning' of it, I think the universe answers the question of 'is there meaning' at least, since man has long assigned 'meaning' to things. Since we are of the universe, perceived meaning exists in the universe... the perceived meaning of evolution seems to have no concensus at this time... at least on this board. -ggg-
