What, not your neighbors who hire illegals to dig ditches, watch their kids, and wash their dishes?

"Punish the employer" needs to be consistent.

Some say that would be the most effective way of stemming the flow, because determined people can always get over a fence somehow. Even two fences with barbed wire. Every heard of bolt-cutters?


They would be less likely to cut fences if they thought the law would be enforced.
