Cause the dentist has money......the other dude has sent all his money home to Mexico.....

People who write tax code should be taken out and ...

I went to a seminar yesterday on charitable giving. The speaker had the following on his materials:

"American tax laws are constantly changing as our elected representatives seek new ways to insure that whatever tax advice we receive is incorrect." -- Dave Barry.

How's your dentist supposed to know that the guy who trimmed his shrubs didn't collect sales tax? And why isn't the Dept. of Revenue going after that guy instead of the dentist?

Ah... Let's see. Because it's easier to collect it from the dentist who will have his business license revoked if he doesn't pay?
