You've got your list Jim, I've got mine. It wouldn't even be a talking point if Bush hadn't made it one. He tried to defuse it later by saying he didn't CARE about bin Laden - but that just made it worse, and then he had to spin that!

I admit it doesn't really matter much, but if he does catch him before '06, it may help his peeps a lot.

So the newest issue is top priority regardless of the importance of issues already on the list? No wonder Rove's distraction strategy works so well.
