I think you answered your own question.
Pot can easily be grown in any state in the nation.
It's very hardy and will grow in a coffee can on a window sill if you don't care who notices.

AS, Pot has never killed anyone, booze, pills and cigarettes have killed many millions.

People who say that pot has never killed anyone use the same "logic" and B.S. that tobacco companies use when they claim that smoking isn't addictive.
