Ryland repurchased 2.2 million shares of its common stock year to date at a cost of approximately $145.0 million.

That's an average price of $65.91 and it's currently trading at $52.55. Thanks for blowing your shareholders money and helping the shorts, RYL!

Ryland's warning: This news is probably priced in already. The stock has been dropping like a rock. But I sure hope it isn't priced in. Got a bunch of Ryland LEAP puts that I had basically written off, but now are showing some signs of life. Bought them way to early - two years too early.
