i don't know unemployment rate, etc. tax rate is around 2.5%. city is aggressive in updating property appraisals.

this refers to Tim Ord's theory that most price extremes ( highs or lows ) are re-tested on lower volume shortly after having been established.
such occurrences are considered bearish when highs are retested and bullish when lows are retested.

since the XAU diverges bullishly from gold, it's possible that today was an Ordian re-test of the lows on lower volume.
