yes, i'm familiar with pauling's formula. the problem is that proline seems to be dangerous in the amounts that he suggests taking it. also, be very careful with vanadium. it is easy to get toxic on it.

i don't remember for sure but lysine may indeed have been the last amino in the formula.

right now in addition to my other supplements i eat two handfuls of almonds every day.

i have a history of heart disease in my family, but so far my BP has remained below normal. of course that doesn't mean that i don't have heart disease, but it does make it less likely.
