Martha Stewart putting her house on the market for around $8M. Bought it for $80k in the early 70's. 100 times your money even though dollar debased only 95% (or 20 times your money) in the period.

GST perhaps the next 30 years will be the reverse with 99% loss of purchasing power and only 20 times appreciation of property in coastal bubble markets?

Yeah deflation here we come? Well at least for housing in bubble markets this next cycle that will be true<g>
