I think that website overly biassed towards diagnosing libertarians. I think your right about that. It might even be deliberate - 3pc.net It seems like at least a bias for small parties. Even if it isn't deliberate I agree with you when you say - "Who explicitly wants more regulation of anything much?" People are likely to answer general questions in terms of wanting less regulation, taxes and spending, but then when you get specific and you ask them should some very specific unpopular activity be regulated, or should we spend more money on this program or that program, they often say yes.
