Nadine, your only concern is that all the resolutions against Israel that have been veto'd by the US on the Security Council would PASS under a world government. Admit it.

And why is that? I never said the current regime was a good one. In fact I said it was a very bad one and analogous to 18th C. Aristocracy.

What you are doing is to use challenges and inevitable flaws in any early system to oppose progress all together.

What I am proposing is to fallow the same process that has taken part around the globe within countries. i.e. tribes to city states to nations and barbarism to hegemony to aristocracy to merchant princes to democracy.

The present day setting is somewhere between hegemony and aristocracy. I want it changed to merchant princes so that democracy will arrive sooner.
