I was only a baby when Harry Truman was in office. I do critisize him for trying to treat the world (especially asia) as if there had been no changes during WW2 and thereby agrivating many situations there. His biggest mistake was thinking that nukes were a solution instead of a problem. Kennedy, good guy! I especially like how he went after organized crime. Johnson ? - too much of a bully. He should have let the facts be his guide in Vietnam. Carter? - I don't miss the Panama Canal. Another term and there might have been peace in the Middle East before the intifada. Clinton - Best president in my lifetime. maybe he should have put more thought into NAFTA. TP
