People keep reposting info on a possible backdating issue on SEPR. News has been out since mid-week (my post was Thur) and article in Boston press was on Friday. Maybe nothing to worry about as stock has not seemed to react (except maybe it would have rallied more?). BUT do expect the shorts (of which there are many more than a month ago) to keep this story alive until the regulators investigate. Jon PS Stock closed just above 200 day SMA (and I think below the 200 EMA). Looks like a reverse head-and-shoulder pattern also broken to upside with high 50s target. Still may be a shake-out to come first (or instead). I do not trust this stock anymore.
