Did he *double* the ENTIRE national debt left from every previous President from George Washington up to his term in office?

Did he increase discressionary spending at a faster rate then even L.B.J.?

Did he produce a war in his term of office that is *now* (measured in real, inflation-adjusted terms) costing the American taxpayers more in monthly costs then the Vietnam War did at it's height?
