Thanks for the post EC. I follow many of those things such as taking the the antioxidants like COQ10, C, E, etc. I also take the 81 mg enteric aspirin, a B complex, L-Arginine, and fish oil.

I have recently had complete blood tests and currently my Homocysteine, C-Reactive Protein, LP(a) and HDL are at normal levels. I know those things are just as important as keeping cholesterol down.

I have never been a smoker and not overweight. I wish I had known more about prevention when I was much younger. I suspect my artery clogging started many years ago due to very poor diet and minimal exercise. Oh well, never too old to learn. LOL
