I agree...it wouldn't surprise me if Lay, Skilling, and other corporate crooks have money offshore in places like the Cayman Islands -- it would be very difficult for lawyers and The Justice Department to learn about these types of accounts...Remember that Enron used offshore accounts aggressively to shield its losses and to fool investors.
