I think TLT is looking quite good. The decline over the past 2 days looks like a wave C.

And how about this chart of HOV:

If yields come down, that's going to look like a nice A-B-C decline off the high.

Fwiw, I have been cutting down on bond exposure. No big change in thinking - which you know. Couple of reasons for cutting -- one, I have an old rule which served well over the years - if a trade does not start out well and moves against me, I no longer try to make a "killing" on it. If I get a chance to get the money back, or make a little bit - I do it. Another reason is that the position was fairly large and I realized that the trading account was actually using margin. This lead to a decision to "sell to the point of sleeping" - g.
