Yep. I mailed the photocopies of my passport photo and drivers license, return receipt. The package got there but they claimed they couldn't find it. Given the rampant identity theft going on out there, you can imagine how pleased I was to have my info floating around somewhere. I just couldn't see trusting them with my funds after that. I'm sure others have been through the process without incident and are satisfied customers, but it put the kabosh on it for me.
