i agree but i think its a necessary first step. Palestinians will never get over their truncated state unless there is hope that comes along with it. A good life for the kids thru better jobs and development of the area along with some degree of political freedom is all desirable. And this can be financed by Israel because its in its interest both security wise and economic as a new juggernaut in the mideast develops. Will israel be able to do it without US help? Probably not but the US will do it because its in our interest as well. And over time the religious and ethnic war will be a thing of the past. Prerequs for this end of terror and acceptance of defacto borders for the most part. What pals get back is priceless, but can they be convinced of this? Where will this leader come from?
