I think the best way to trade the spoo is to do just that, trade the am and pm moves.

It keeps down over trading and stress of having the position on, especially if you are trading large qtys.

I wish I could find away to do it more consistantly... <NG>

To add comments on making mistakes on the spoo contracts...

Years ago.. took a single short on the emini snp and placed a stop above.

Trade went my way and collected 60 points before closing it out... and going flat for the next signal.

Week later my broker called.... what'd to know if I knew I owned a single long position... as it was in the money.

Hair stood up on the back of my neck... still remember it...!!!

I sold it... BTW <smile>
