No, Israeli Jews reproduce at about 3.5 births per woman, far above replacement rate. It's just that Palestinian Arabs reproduce at about 6 births per woman (real stats are hard to get because they fake them to make them higher), one of the highest rates on earth.

Israeli Arabs have a birthrate between the two rates.

Jews have been an outstanding example of cultural survival despite the dispersion around the globe, as well as the intermarrying thingy. They now have a country, and I think that is good, others don't.
