Thanks a lot Max. The guy was a stock trader on the canadian side of TD ameritrade.

Penntrade allows direct trading on the Canadian exchange for a flat $29 I think. But all the trading has to be done in US dollars. And they do allow wts.

What do you pay Max and do they allow wts?

Now if only Ameritrade could get me a real time quote for those Canadian stocks. I can trade them online but I have to call Ameritrade to get a bid-ask-last before I place the order. Don't trust any of 'em with a market order.
