The file is a gif, but it's only 12k. It's served from the computer next to me as are all the other jpgs I've posted. It could be my dsl line was taking lots of hits as I have serveral items for sale on ebay. They point back to images on my ebay.homeip.net

xv is a 1980 something unix image viewer, x was for xwindow applicationn and v is for viewer. grab means grab a window in the image viewer. I opened the xv,viewer in a directory path that is used by my web server. That's the default save location. To view the saved image I simply put the url and path to that directory in a browser url window. I then click on the image and a full path to the image is now in the browser.

Below is the gif being viewed in a browser window. but I saved it as a jpg and not a gif
