Hmm... A Leading Diagonal is an intriguing thought. It would not be completely clean, but - imo - possible. I suggested a series of 1's and 2's, which is supposed to be more common then LD's, but the end result is the same. Recall that NDX topped in January - therefore, the current decline would be more likely W3 of 1 of the "big C". Or, in the bullish case, it's just plain "c" of a correction -- but this will come into play only if the index rallies into the 1670's.
