Not good enough. I say eliminate the IRS and eliminate taxes on Americans' personal income and eliminate corporate taxes and eliminate capital gains tax.

Please explain why taxes should be cut on those who do not pay taxes? Oh, and while you are at it, explain how to cut taxes on those who pay no taxes. Apparently in the mind of leftists, anyone who pays taxes is rich.
