"one repeating reaction that i seem to be having consistently of the last five years or so is that AMD sure does not seem to be acting like a company that is going to go out of business anytime soon...the ANALysts are quite another story in what they seem to perceive" Lot's happening right now on the surface, and, in all likelihood, much, much more beneath the surface. INTC is currently commanding "the stage" with their very co-ordinated PR Conroe hyping, having even swept up Doug, in its torrent. Perhaps more than a touch of panic underlying INTC's current media barrage? Meanwhile, AMD just keeps unveiling, in "real-time", new offerings. Comparative Q2 financials should, once again be revealing in the sense that they might underscore the nature (panic vs. nonchalance) of the very differing posturings as noted above. ;-)
