Presently PEIX is a nice range bound swing trader between 30 and 25....I like to think of these kind as a kids swing in the back yard. The kids pumped like heck at 15 and made it all the way up to 40 where the interia (I can never spell that word) caught up with it. As it reached the other end of the swing at 25 it came back to 31, back to 25, getting ever slower between 25 and 30..Once the swing is over, somewhere around 27 someone will have to push the kid into pumping his legs again. In the meantime traders hit just under the top of the swing and just over the top of back swing.

Use the force Luke, trust the charts and keep the kid in the back of your mind..all the while keeping an eye out for Caine and that damn flute. LOL

Despite a slipping share price for most of the month

Accompanied by a well above average 7,151,952 shares exchanging hands, Wednesday's market activity was a pleasant positive correction for investors, as shareholder value had been in an overall state of decline since the beginning of May.

The reason for this sudden turn-around, we surmise, stemmed from news Wednesday morning that the Company had received its first Materials Equipment Acceptance or, "MEA," approval from the New York City Department of Buildings, or, "NYCDoB," MEA Division and the New York Fire Department.

Headquartered in the Los Angeles area with sales and/or service centers in New York, Mexico City, Milan, Shanghai and Tokyo, Capstone Turbine Corporation is the world's leading producer of low-emission microturbine systems. The Company was also the first to market commercially viable microturbine energy products. To this date, Capstone Turbine has shipped more than 3,500 Capstone MicroTurbine systems to customers throughout the globe. Thus far, these award-winning systems have logged more than 11 million documented runtime operating hours. Capstone Turbine is also member of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Combined Heat and Power Partnership, which is committed to improving the efficiency of the nation's energy infrastructure and reducing emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases.

On Wednesday morning, the New York Sales and Service office of Capstone Turbine Corporation(R) revealed that it had received its first MEA approval from the NYCDoB MEA Division and the New York Fire Department.
