My husband was ill and loved Florida and Florida was, and still is, to a certain degree, the best place for good interior designers and decorators. Almost no one brings their things down here from up north. All condo developments have highly detailed furnished condominiums to sell from and the business of furnishing homes turnkey here is huge. I've done well for 12 years now. Have no idea what I would do elsewhere. I get calls from designers weekly thinking about moving here. I think they are too late. MP
