Your wrong Billy! I lived in CA when Cheney and the chimp Caesar told Enron to go right ahead and screw CA, since they hadn't voted for them anyway. The FERC head Bush had just put in place refused to "interfere" in the screwing of the ratepayers in CA as the artificial shortages they caused led to rolling blackouts.
