PR goes out next week:

Vancouver, BC, Canada May 30, 2006

A shareholder of Casavant Mining Kimberlite International, a Nevada corporation formerly quoted on the US based Pink Sheets under the trading symbol CMKX, claims he was defrauded of in excess of $50,000 US and is attempting to organize a shareholders suit against CMKX CEO and sole Board of Directors member Urban Casavant, a Sasketchewan native currently residing in Nevada. Also to be named are various promoters of the company stock, attorneys representing the company, and executives of companies involved in the promotion of the sale of CMKX stock. He invites other injured shareholders to visit a website set up to organize the suit. The URL of the site is www.time2sue.250x.com. A chat room for shareholders has been established at quicktopic.com.

"I feel stupid for having fallen for the con-game, but I am outraged that Canadian and US authorities have seemed to do nothing to prosecute the persons involved in what I think is a crime," he concluded.

Harrison, who claims he went so far as to travel to Las Vegas to meet with CMKX CEO Casavant personally before investing in the company, believes that the promotion of the company, ultimately resulting in the sale of over 700 Billion shares to investors, was an organized criminal plan to steal from the public. His proposed suit would name CEO Casavant, Casavant relatives, three attorneys involved in what he characterizes as "fraudlent opinion letters and misleading public statements," executives of affiliated companies including Junia Mining, US Canadian Minerals, Nevada Minerals, St. George Metals, and a number of numbered Saskatchewan corporations. Also proposed to be named is notorious Las Vegas promoter and developer G. Walters, who faces criminal charges on an unrelated matter later this year, and persons affiliated with Walters who Harrison claims were involved in the original scheme to defraud the public. In addition, Harrison proposes to seek damages against a US Air Force officer, a former FBI agent and Howard Hughes aide, and various "John Doe" defendants who promoted the shares on various internet message boards after receiving grants of millions of free shares in the corporation.

"We may never collect a dime," said Harrison. "But whatever it costs to shine the light on these roaches will be well spent," he concluded.

Various sources indicate that Casavant and his affiliates may be the target of a criminal investigation, and it is known that Casavant has retained a criminal defense team. Casavant is a former prison guard who now resides in a multi-million dollar Las Vegas home, the title to which he has transferred to a trust. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported last year that Casavant controlled over sixty bank accounts through which he transferred over $50 million US in transactions.
