Will be interested to hear jack's opinion, but that is asking a lot, it seems to me. Particularly given the critical shortages and long lead times for equipment, but perhaps more importantly, skilled labor. The fastest minebuilders I know are First Quantum, but that may be partly due to favorable local conditions (everything from permitting to power).

Nope, 2 yrs if people, equip, materials, etc avail. Maybe
longer now.

GTI built the Skorpion on schedule and under budget, and they
are working the fease for MMGG, and would be the likely choice
and are willing to do a repeat. But now it will take longer.

But so what, will take longer for everyone else and the gap
will still be there.
