mc, I should have known that if somebody had previously proposed that count it would have been you ;~} Although I never thought I was being original with that count, I just thought it was time to mention the idea (or resurrect it) since at this time some of our other boardmembers were thinking that the markets are going either to new highs or new lows primarily based on counts that consider the highs and the lows that have been reached over the past three weeks. As you may know, lawyers are frequently looking for a middle ground that make opposing sides equally unhappy. <g>
