But what if the majority wishes to speak ENGLISH.
Foreign language has been taught in High Schools and College for over 50 years. I had to take Latin. ( Like I am ever going to use it} My point is, If you come here to become a citizen of the U.S. you must be proficent in ENGLISH.
Speak spanish, German, Swaheeli at home and with friends. But be able to comprehend the language of the country you are moving to.
In the U.S. it is required.
