That's the FIRST thing a true conservative here would get passed.

Well, they try to. They have- -guess what?- -the SAME PROBLEM we do- -illegal immigration. That desire for immigrants makes it fairly easy for people they wouldn't let in to sneak in. Immigration between Commonwealth countries is reltively easy. That's why in some areas of London it seems half the city is made of immigrants.
