Bush is illegally spying on Americans, not terrorists. It sets a terrible precedent. This is a non-partisan issue. It's a gross abuse of power by the executive branch. And even if the weak-willed accomplice-filled congress wanted to investigate, the Bushies would not allow it. Just like in old Soviet Russia. Big Brother lives. And the 4th Amendment of the Constitution is pissed on by arrogant Bushies. But don't worry, once Bush is impeached and Cheney indicted, all this will change. Hayden won't last beyond 2008 either. This entire pack of crooks is going away fairly soon and will go down in history as the worst ever. They haven't solved a single problem, all they do is create more problems for the next administration to deal with.
