Anyone can say anything, but it doesn't make it so....

Indeed. Distorting what someone says, making it seem like Gore acknowledged that he was exaggerating the evidence of global warming, doesn't make it so. Making a headline out of a lie like that is a nasty smear.

The merits of global warming are irrelevant to the smear that you clipped and repeated. Changing the subject to the merits of global warming doesn't get you off the hook for buying and repeating the smear.

<What PhD does he have?> (alGore)

KLP

eGore has a "BS" degree.

There is a correlation between a Phd. and higher intelligence but it seems to
disappear when you try to correlate a Phd. with common sense.

Sad to say but if Al Gore Jr. had more common sense he would be Commander in Chief.
