Right now in my affluent neighborhood, within a 1000 yard radius of me there are probably 100 illegal aliens working as housekeepers, gardeners, nannies and dishwashers.

Same in my neighborhood, except none of my neighbors went down to the east-side convienience stores and pickup up a load of laborors. They all contracted with "legitimate" landscaping and housecleaning services.

Few want to admit how important those cheap laborers are to them. One of the professions cited as 'heavy' with illegals is the construction industry. However, it does not have to be that way. There is an apt. building going up across the alley from where I live.......at least 25 guys work there. Only two are Latino......I don't know if they are legal or illegal. The rest of the crew is Anglo and likely citizens.

Whether people want to face the facts or not, Americans are priced out of good jobs by illegals. That should concern every American including AS.
