His doofus act is so phony, but it is clever because he really is uninformed and the dufus persona makes people want to assume he is actually smarter than that. The real joke is that he isn't. I think we can give Tony Snow some credit for trying to create the reinvented Bush. Dubya must have been coached quite a bit. ....look more regretfull.... I think everyone agrees [with maybe the exception of Cheney] that Abu Ghraib did some serious political damage. Looking forward, Haditha is probably going to be worse. jttmab
