Nope.. I don't have much sympathy for the Palestinians. Only for the children who will wind up being trained to be the future martyrs of the next attempt to wipe a country off the map.

The problem is not yours or my sympathy for either Jews or Palestinians. It is that there will be plenty of Palestinian children in each future generation.

Its hardly a surprise that the Soviets would have supported the formation of a country founded by Socialists. In the late 40's the Soviets wouldn't have seen any problem with the mass migration of people to Israel (from Europe) either - as millions of ethnic Germans were forced out of homes they had lived for centuries (from the Ukraine to Poland) and sent Westward.

I wonder if Germans who were forced to leave their homes in Gdansk should press for the "Right of Return"?
