They stopped counting tens of millions of Americans who are no longer looking for work.

People not looking for work have never been counted.

Under CLinton there were many more jobs, and better ones.

Not true.

Clinton's economy was also deficit free.

Not really true, although Clinton's budget was much less deficit ridden.
