Whaddaya talkin' bout? Clinton gave the biggest single tax cut in history. You have a one item agenda...there are taxes beyond the house cap gain exclusion. Bush was "told" to cut taxes to avoid a depression. All we got was more debt and a RE bubble (first fueled by Clintons Congress). Which in turn, really jacked up illegal immigration because of low end jobs created. The world according to JMc...i suppose bush fought to extend them just this year to "avoid another depression" ? Tax cuts are popular...he talks about them to the masses, they believe him, then he shafts the middle class by making the cuts favor the upper crust...it's how you win elections. Al
